Real estate can be a complicated process and needs a good real estate attorney to help navigate the legal field of purchasing or selling real estate.  With years of real estate law and litigation experience, I will guide you through your real estate transaction, from contract approval through closing, as well as foreclosure and litigation in the event of a dispute.

I have handled multiple customer claims involving mismanaged accounts including through Arbitration Award, direct settlement and mediated cases. 

I also represent Registered Representatives in employment disputes and in investigations, and complaints initiated by FINRA enforcement.

I was appointed as an 

NASD Arbitrator and subsequently as a

FINRA Arbitrator and Chair Person.

 I have experience drafting wills, filing for and handling probate and administration of estates.  I prepare Power of Attorney and Health Care Proxy forms.   Further, we are experienced in estate litigation in Surrogate’s Court related to will contests, beneficiary claims, fiduciary liability claims, estate and trust mismanagement, and other probate matters.    Wills & Estates has been a major part of the firm’s practice since its inception.  I do my very best to be readily available throughout the process to answer questions and provide guidance in a comforting and compassionate manner.
